Mr. Tauseef Ahmed Mirza, holder of a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Honours) from Sri Ram College of Commerce and a Diploma in Shoe Technology from the UK, brings over three decades of experience in the leather industry to his current role as Managing Director. After successfully heading the ladies product line from start to finish for many years, Mr. Mirza is now focused on expanding the business into new markets by forming partnerships with big brands and exploring opportunities for international expansion. His wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field ensures the success and continued growth of the company in these endeavours.

Mr. Tasneef Ahmed Mirza holds a Degree in Leather Technology from the renowned Leicester University of UK. A Leather Technologist having an experience of over two decades, he looks after the core operations of the company and is the overall in-charge of the Tannery Division of the company.
Mr. SHAHID AHMAD MIRZA

Mr. Shahid Ahmed Mirza holds a Diploma in Leather Goods Technology from UK. With an experience of about four decades in the field of leather goods, he has a vast expertise in Leather Technology. He is the overall in-charge of the Shoe Division of the company and the procuring of local raw materials and equipment.

With a proficient knowledge of marketing across geographies, Mr. Faraz Mirza oversees the overseas marketing operations of the Company. He also supervises the production function and the day-to-day operations. Mr. Faraz Mirza has received his educational degree from USA.
Mr. V.T. CHERIAN
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mr. V.T. Cherian is a 1988 batch Chartered Accountant with rich and varied experience. He has been associated with Mirza International since 1992. A Finance professional with over three decades of experience, Mr Cherian oversees the Accounting, Business Support, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal audit and Tax functions at Mirza International Limited. He was awarded with Best CFO Award in best returns (small category) by Dalal Street Investment Journal.
Mr. NIRMAL SAHIJWANI

Mr. Nirmal Sahijwani has over 24 years of leadership experience in the footwear industry. In his current role of Vice President – Operations, he is spearheading the ladies footwear division focusing on fueling the annual incremental revenue growth and expanding a diverse portfolio of customers. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration and has completed his executive education from IIM Bangalore on Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management.
