Introduction

As leaders in the Indian leather industry, we believe we must also lead the way in protecting our
planet. Our constant endeavour is to embed best sustainable practices at every step of our
operations to lighten our footprint and leave a greener world for future generations.

As we grow our business, we are also acutely aware of the need to give back more to our communities. Every year, we plough
back a portion of our earnings to support economically weaker and vulnerable communities.

We have been carrying out our philanthropic activities under the aegis of Mirza Foundation, a society formed under the vision of
our Founder and Padma Shri recipient Mr. Irshad Mirza. His commitment towards promoting societal welfare has inspired the
Foundation to work towards the following objectives:

Integrated Rural
Projects

To undertake integrated rural projects for socio-economic development of the villagers including encouragement of cooperative movement among them

Hospital, Relief And
Rehabilitation Centres

To establish, construct, maintain, manage and supervise hospital, relief and rehabilitation centres and many other ancillary voluntary services carried on by society

Setting Up Schools,
Colleges, Institutions

To develop literacy by setting up schools, colleges, institutions for imparting professional, technical and medical education

MR. TAUSEEF AHMAD MIRZA

Managing Director

Mr. Tauseef Ahmed Mirza, holder of a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Honours) from Sri Ram College of Commerce and a Diploma in Shoe Technology from the UK, brings over three decades of experience in the leather industry to his current role as Managing Director. After successfully heading the ladies product line from start to finish for many years, Mr. Mirza is now focused on expanding the business into new markets by forming partnerships with big brands and exploring opportunities for international expansion. His wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field ensures the success and continued growth of the company in these endeavours.

MR. TASNEEF AHMAD MIRZA

Whole-time Director

Mr. Tasneef Ahmed Mirza holds a Degree in Leather Technology from the renowned Leicester University of UK. A Leather Technologist having an experience of over two decades, he looks after the core operations of the company and is the overall in-charge of the Tannery Division of the company.

MR. NIRMAL SAHIJWANI

Whole-time Director

Mr. Nirmal Sahijwani has over 24 years of leadership experience in the footwear industry. In his current role of Vice President – Operations, he is spearheading the ladies footwear division focusing on fueling the annual incremental revenue growth and expanding a diverse portfolio of customers. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration and has completed his executive education from IIM Bangalore on Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management.

MR. SANJIV GUPTA

Independent Director

CA Sanjiv Gupta, is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with industry experience of over two and a half decades. He is a member of the Audit Committee, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and CSR Committee of the Company.
